一、简介 Introduction：

通常情况下，证明作品原创性的问题是很难解决的，版权注册以及版权注册过程中所涉及到的的信息可有效的避免这类问题。在印度版权是无需强制注册的，然而考虑到侵权问题，注册是明智的 。

Copyright need not be registered. However, given the issues of infringement, it is advisable to register. More often than not the issue of proof of originality of the work is difficult to resolve. A copyright registration would negate the need for such proof as the certificate and all the information contained therein is considered sufficient.

二、版权注册所需信息 Requirements:

1.申请人或代理人的姓名、地址和国籍

Name, address and nationality of the applicant；

2. 作者的姓名、地址和国籍

Name, address and nationality of the author of the work；

3. 申请人对版权的使用用途，如拥有人/持牌人等

The use of copy right registration；

4. 作品名称

Title of the work；

5. 由作者签署的声明书(如与申请人不同)

 A declaration signed by the author (if different from the applicant)；

6. 作品语言  Language of the work；

7. 作品发表出版与否

Whether the work is published or unpublished；

8. 如作品已发表的，发表的年份、国家和出版者的姓名、地址、国籍

 If the work is published, year and country of first publication and name, address and nationality of the published；

9. 出版年份及国家(如有)

Year and countries of subsequent publications, if any；

10. 被授权转让或许可使用著作权的其他人的姓名、地址和国籍

Name, address and,nationality of any other person authorized to assign or license the rights in the copyright；

11. 代理授权委托书

Power of attorney for the firm；

12. 该著作的六份原件和三份复印件

Six hard copies of the work and three soft copies；

13. 3 份该作品的刻录光碟。

3 copies of the program on CD ROMs；

三、版权注册流程 Registration Procedure:

1.该作品详细资料以及申请版权申请的提交

The application with complete details and copies of the work is filed;

2:对该作品版权申请进行审查核验，如官方提出有异议，需要复议并提供相关辅助文件

The application is examined and objections, if any, are raised, or any extra documents required are requested;

3. 复议必须在 30 天内提交

A response has to be filed within 30 days;

4. 如版权相关部门对复议无异议，经版权登记处同意后，由版权局签发证书

 The certificate is issued by the copyright office after the objections, if any, are removed to the satisfaction of the Copyright Registry;

四、周期 Timeframe:

版权注册是一个漫长的过程，在没有任何异议或反对的情况下，在一个直接的案例中获得

注册需要大约 24-48 个月。如当局提出任何异议时间顺延。

Copy Right Registration is a lengthy process and it takes around 24-48 months to obtain registration in a straight-forward

case, without any objections or oppositions. Delay in case of any objection.
